CWCA Code of Conduct:

BEFORE YOU REGISTER: All parents, players, guests and volunteers are subject to the CWCA Code of Conduct and must behave accordingly. Participation in any of these events or activities is at the sole discretion of the CWCA and its member clubs. Failure to abide by club rules may result in exclusion from one or all of its member youth sports clubs. Any incidents that are of concern should be reported through appropriate channels: 1st to the coach of your team, 2nd to the member-club officers, and 3rd to the CWCA board.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
  • Normal hours for pool patrons are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • After-hours pool parties may be reserved up to as late as 10:00 p.m.
  • Hours of employment will fall between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
  • Employees may be scheduled for evening parties up to 10:00 p.m. and after for post-party cleanup.
  • Employees are expected to report for their shift ready to work before their scheduled start time.
  • Employees are not allowed clock in to their work shift until they are dressed and ready to work.
  • Employees are not allowed to take a food break after they have clocked in for the start of their work shift until at least 2 hours of work.
  • All breaks must be pre-approved by a manager.
  • Employees are expected remain at work until all daily tasks are completed and dismissed by a manager.
  • Employees may not use their cell phones while on duty but may do so during manager-approved breaks.
  • Employees are expected to do snack bar, maintenance, and check-in duties in addition to Lifeguarding.
  • Employees are eligible but not required to participate in CW Pool Swim Team.
